SILK FILLED PILLOW

Our silk pillows are filled with 100% natural, hypoallergenic long-staple silk, hand-stretched layer upon layer and carefully hand-stitched to prevent movement of the silk interior. Hand stitching, rather than machine stitching, is used to avoid pressing the silk inside and to keep the filling soft and fluffy. Silk pillows regulate the temperature of the head during the night. They are especially recommended for people who suffer from asthma, bronchitis, eczema, skin irritation or allergies as silk is resistant to mites and bacteria.

It is recommended to store your silk pillow in a storage bag when not in use. To maintain the healthy properties peculiar to silk, do not wash your pillow, either by hand or in a washing machine, just air it twice a year or dry clean only. And if the outer fabric of the pillow gets stained, apply a soft cloth using detergent and water to clean the area. Always use pillows with pillowcases.
